The Curt True Course part # C94VV is a really cool device that senses sway and applies the trailer brakes in a way to basically stops it before it you notice it. While this does take care of the sway problem it does not offer the other advantages of WD systems like suspension sag reduction, improved braking, and improved handling. This kit would work great with a WD system though.

For a loaded weight of 680 to 780 lbs a 1,000 lb tongue weight WD system would ideal and would work great. Ideally you go with a system that has a tongue weight range that your trailer's loaded tongue weight falls right in the middle of.
For that the best solution is the Equal-i-zer kit part # EQ37100ET which has a tongue weight range of 600 to 1,000 lbs. view full answer...
The only option we currently have that will give you the 24 x 48 inches of space you need as well as the safety, I recommend the GearSpace 34 Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitch - Slide Out item # HGK819 (dark grey) or item # HGK826 (light grey). With the GearSpace 34, it has internal dimensions of 63" long x 28" wide x 40" tall. Also, the GearSpace 34 has been constructed to withstand the added torque and force when mounted on a hitch receiver on a flat-towed vehicle. Almost all of our... view full answer...
All of the components you mentioned will do a great job for a towing setup for your 2017 Ford Flex and they are all linked below for you to check out but to answer your main question about weight distribution the way to do it is to base off of the loaded tongue weight of the setup.
So since your trailer would be 4,000 lb you'd most likely have a tongue weight around 400 to 500 lbs so the system I would recommend is the Strait Line part # RP66082 which has a tongue weight range between... view full answer...
Reese has updated their weight distribution systems a few times over the years. It is odd that the socket size changed but for the Strait Line system part # RP66083 the correct hardware kit you'd need is the # 58133. view full answer...
It's very likely the part # BVD0449-A01 is the correct replacement lid for the vent on your 2018 Coachmen Apex Nano 15X Hybrid since this is a very common type of roof vent but you'd need to check out the picture I attached to match the shape of the lid and it's hinge design to what you have to know for certain. I also attached an install video with more info.
If you have something different send me a picture of it and I'll be able to tell what it is and pick out what you'd need. view full answer...

Since your wall thickness is 1-3/8 inches the damper you'll want is the deeper part # V2111-13 which is 1-3/4 inches. This will allow you to trim it back as needed so that it fits properly with the Ventline S0721 Series RV Range Hood # S0721-20BD-F-1. view full answer...
Since the tires you have on your 2019 Nano Travel trailer are similar to the Westlate ST205/75R14 # 274-000012 that get aired up to a max 65 PSI, you will want to air them up to that max.
Trailer tires have a thicker sidewall as they are designed for the tire to always be aired up to the max pressure. Not airing them up all the way causes excess heat to build up in the tire which can lead to decreased tire life and other issues such as blow outs.
I included a video of the # 274-000012... view full answer...
